At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-In: 13:00 and Check-Out: 12:00 noon. Cancellation is possible until 06:00 pm day of arrival.
Is it possible to connect to internet in my room?
Yes, we offer free WIFI access in all rooms.
Are there international TV channels?
Yes, each room has a flat screen TV with more than 100 international channels.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a pet menu is available on room-service, this can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. A supplement of 30 EUR is required per night.
Do you have a shuttle service to and from the airport?
We offer a complimentary deluxe shuttle from the airport and the railway station. This service is on request. Please forward your booking in advance to the reservation or the Concierge.
